Terms & Conditions:

Duty Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off)। Maximum **26 working days per month**।
Duty Hours: **10 hours per day**। Overtime (beyond 10 hours): **BDT 60/hour**।
Driver's Meal: Lunch - **BDT 150/day**। If duty continues after 9 PM, dinner cost will be required।
Fuel & Toll: **Client will bear fuel**, bridge tolls, ferries, and parking charges।
Start-up Fuel: Client should provide **30 liters of octane per month** for engine start-up and standby use।
Extra Usage: Additional usage beyond 26 days will be charged at the **daily rental rate**।
Night Restriction: Car cannot be used between **11:00 PM and 6:00 AM**।
Out-of-Dhaka Duty: Additional **BDT 1,000/night** will apply for night stay outside Dhaka।
Payment: Monthly rent must be paid **in advance** by bank deposit or cash।
Tax/VAT: All quoted prices are **exclusive of VAT and taxes**।
Contract Changes: Any change in agreement terms must be notified at least **1 month in advance**।
