General Terms & Conditions:
- **Duration:** Per day vehicle will run up to **10 hours** (8.00am to 6.00pm). Additional per hour of use extra charges will be considered as per the price chart.
- **Fuel & Mileage:** Per day vehicle will run up to **60 km for inside Dhaka** and **100 km for outside Dhaka**. Additional per km of use extra charges will be considered as per the price chart.
- **Driver Tour Allowance:** If the client takes the vehicle outside of Dhaka, an **additional tour allowance** must be paid by the user. After reaching the destination, the renter will take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle.
- **Extra Charges:** Rental rates are **excluding all local VAT and taxes** (unless stated otherwise).
- **Passenger's Belongings:** The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and will **not carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials, or Oily/Dirty things**.
- **Unable to Comply Services:** Services will be unavailable during general strike days and for movement to political meeting places.
- Cars must **not be taken outside the country of rental** (Bangladesh).
- The vehicle can only be driven within the region of **wide and public roads**.
- **50% additional rent** will be applicable during the Eid & other major national festivals.
Booking Policy:
- Booking can be done by E-mail or mobile call. Payment can be made via **cash at the office, Bank Account transfer, Bkash, DBBL Cash, or UCash**.
- Your request should include the following information: **Route, Date of departure, Time of departure, and Passenger list** (if passenger list includes foreigners, their nationality, passport number, validity of passport, occupation, address, and telephone numbers must be mentioned).
- Please try to confirm booking **minimum 3 days before** the scheduled trip date for guaranteed availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- You have to book at least **one day ago** for car rental. For cancellation of the booking, **no charge is deducted**.
