Duty Hours: Standard duty is 10 hours. Beyond 10 hours, overtime is charged at 10% of body rent per hour.
Package Details: Within Dhaka package covers 80 KM. Outside Dhaka package covers 150 KM. Extra KM will follow the fuel rate chart.
Driver's Meal: Passenger will provide meals or pay BDT 150 per day.
Tolls & Parking: All bridge tolls, ferry charges, and parking fees are to be borne by the passenger.
Strikes/Disasters: Service may be suspended. Standby charges remain unchanged during such events.
Misconduct: Report any driver issues directly to the office. Do not engage in rough behavior.
VAT & Tax: Quoted rates are exclusive of Govt. VAT and Tax.
