Terms & Conditions:

  1. Duty Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off). Maximum 26 working days per month.
  2. Duty Hours: 10 hours per day. Overtime: BDT 60/hour.
  3. Driver's Meal: Lunch - BDT 150/day. Dinner cost required if duty continues after 9 PM.
  4. Fuel & Toll: Client will bear fuel, bridge tolls, ferries, and parking charges.
  5. Start-up Fuel: Client should provide 30 liters of octane per month for standby use.
  6. Extra Usage: Usage beyond 26 days will be charged at the daily rental rate.
  7. Night Restriction: Vehicle cannot be used between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  8. Out-of-Dhaka: Additional BDT 1,000/night for night stay outside Dhaka.
  9. Payment: Monthly rent must be paid in advance via bank or cash.
  10. Tax/VAT: All prices are exclusive of VAT and taxes.
  11. Notification: Contract changes require at least 1 month advance notice.
