Duty Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off). Maximum **26 working days per month**.
Duty Time: **10 hours/day**. Overtime beyond 10 hrs: **BDT 60/hr**.
Driver's Food: Lunch - **BDT 150/day**. After 9 PM, dinner cost is required.
Fuel & Toll: Client will bear fuel (CNG/LPG/Octane), bridge tolls, and parking.
Start/Stop Fuel: Client must provide **30 liters of octane per month** for engine health.
Overuse: Usage beyond 26 days will be charged at the daily rental rate.
Night Restriction: Car cannot be used between **11 PM and 6 AM**.
Out-of-Dhaka: Additional **BDT 1,000/night** for night stays outside Dhaka.
Payment: Monthly bill payable **in advance** via bank or cash.
VAT/Tax: Quoted prices **exclude VAT and tax**.
Contract: Any change in terms requires **1 month advance notice**.
