Terms & Conditions:

  1. Duty Schedule: 10 hours daily, Saturday to Thursday (Friday off). 26 days per month. Eid holidays: 3 to 7 days.
  2. Extra Usage: Usage beyond 26 days will be charged at the daily rental rate (Monthly rate ÷ 26).
  3. Overtime: Beyond 10 hours, each hour will be charged at 5% of daily body rent + BDT 150 for driver's lunch/dinner.
  4. Fuel & Tolls: Client bears Gas, Oil, Bridge/Ferry tolls, and Parking. Client must provide 20 liters of Octane monthly for starting/standby.
  5. Tour Allowance: For duties outside Dhaka, an additional BDT 1,000/night will be added as tour allowance.
  6. Strike/Disaster: Payment remains unaffected by political strikes or natural disasters. Vandalism compensation must be borne by the user.
  7. Payment: Rent must be paid in advance. Bank: Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd, A/C: 199.110.294, Name: Seven Rent-A-Car.
  8. Maintenance: Traveler will take all sorts of care for the car and driver.
  9. Tax/VAT: All quoted rates are exclusive of VAT and Taxes.
  10. Authority: Seven Rent-A-Car reserves the right to change or cancel any condition of this agreement.
